Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses – guided by a care plan approved by the Attending Physician, will continually evaluate the patient, update and provide the necessary care. Our services include wound care, intravenous therapy, G-tube care and post-hospitalization or post-operative home care.

Physical Therapy

Our physical therapists will access the patient's physical condition and develop a care plan to facilitate healing, aid in ambulation, treat gait disturbances, control pain and help in the performance of daily activities.

Occupational therapy

Occupational therapists assist the patient in getting to a functional level of activity necessary for the patient to be self-sufficient.

Medical Social Worker

Social workers are available to help the patient cope with the many challenges and stresses faced by the patients and their families, including psychological and financial, and will aid the patient in adapting to the community at large.

Speech therapy

Speech therapists are available to aid in communication skills in such situations as after head and neck surgery or in treating deficits due to stroke or injury.

Certified Home Health Aides

Certified home health aides assist with such activities as bathing, grooming, personal hygiene, meals and light housekeeping, and are closely supervised by the nursing staff.


Dietitians are available to assess the special nutritional needs of the patient and develop an appropriate dietary plan specific to the needs of such patients as those with diabetes, gout and other metabolic disorders, high blood pressure and heart disease.

Durable Medical Equipments

Durable medical equipments will be provided to the patient as needed. This includes ambulation devices such as canes, walkers, and wheelchairs. We provide the highest quality equipment through our contracted DME supplier.

Laboratory Services

Skilled laboratory technicians in addition to nursing staff are available to draw blood for diagnostic tests, deliver samples to the lab and report test results to the attending physician.
